Pickleball Ladder League

City of Boise Parks and Recreation ladder league, described on the city's Adult Pickleball page as 'organized leagues in which players with similar skills compete against each other in a competitive, structured and weekly format.' Hobble Creek Park is the city's dedicated pickleball site (12 dedicated courts plus striping for four more used for tournament play) and is the ladder-league site named in the city's WebTrac registration system. Format

Individually ranked weekly ladder in round-robin format. Participants are placed in groups of four in the order of their ladder position each week and play three doubles games against the other three players in the foursome; players move up or down the ladder the following week on performance. Players record and report their own scores. Prizes for the top-ranked individual of each ladder and for the participant who climbs the most rungs.
