Using VolleyForge

You may use VolleyForge only in compliance with these terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You agree not to misuse the service — for example, by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, or use it to violate the rights of others.

Accounts

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you submit — such as league details, team names, and match scores. You grant VolleyForge the permissions needed to host and display that content in order to operate the platform (for example, showing standings to league participants).

Availability & changes

We work to keep the service available and accurate, but we provide it “as is” without warranties of any kind. We may add, change, or remove features, and we may modify these terms; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VolleyForge is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
